When we first started getting into better-quality coffee, we were a bit overwhelmed and had a lot of questions about which coffee was best for us to enjoy. Espresso is a fickle hobby, but we have made it easier with three easy coffees to brew via espresso. See what you like with or without milk or whatever you like to add to your espresso drinks.
We love espresso, especially our flat white in the mornings, followed up by an Americano after lunch. Okay, and a double-straight shot of espresso in there as well.
Our standard brew method starts off to finding the sweet spot of any coffee.

Time: 28 - 32 seconds shot time.
Anything under 25 seconds will taste first since most likely it will be underextracted and have to pull another shot.
Adjust your grinder to find this brew time with your shots. If you don't have an espresso machine, then you can brew them via Mocha Pot or Aeropress, or even filter. They will taste best via espresso, but remember that it is only a brew method: espresso. Any coffee can be brewed by any method, but we have roasted them again to taste best via espresso.
