Order Process times:

All orders are processed within 24-48hrs depending if products are available and roasted. If certain coffees need to be roasted then processing can take longer since we only roast 2-3x a week. Please allow extra time over holidays and order earlier then expected since shipping times can see delays especially after Covid.

Shipping times:

We ship all coffee and good orders with our shipping partner Bring.com/Posten.no and PostNord for some Wholesale partners.

Standard shipping is not tracked which makes sending coffee more affordable. We have a 99.2% success rate with standard shipping worldwide. We have shipped coffee from Japan to L.A, military bases, to Dubai. We have great confidence your fresh coffee will arrive to you this more economical way.   

Please allow a 1 week+ for shipping within Norway. In Europe 2+ weeks and International 3+ weeks. Please remember since the coffee is so freshly roasted the coffee should even taste better after a few weeks since coffee does need to degas ideally before brewed. 

Shipping cost:

Shipping anything and everything today is expensive. Please remember we are a small micro roastery in the heart (middle) of Norway so we have to add shipping costs to be sustainable in the market place. Our shipping prices are lower then what are actual shipping costs are. We do this for you and our policy is to never profit on shipping charges like other companies sometimes do. 
You are Welcome to come pick up your order at Alps HQ to save on shipping charges. We are open Mon.Fri (9:15-16).
