In this 3hour course you will learn the basics and fundamentals to:
Goal: You will be able to make basic espresso at home or cafe, keys to milk texturing and introduction to latte art, familiar in preparing popular coffee menu drinks and cleaning.

Introductions / tour of Roastery
- Seed to cup and brief history of coffee.
( 80 min)
-The espresso workspace and understanding tools.
-Learn basic espresso extraction and popular recipe an and ratios. (Making single, double shots, normal, ristretto, lungo, americano).
(60 min)
- Learn basic milk texturing and preparing key milk espresso popular drinks with correct espresso: milk ratios and cup sizes. (Capaccino, Flat white, Latte, Michato, etc)
- Learn cleaning procedures and protocols.
(20 min)
-Throw down with learning basics into latte art techniques.
-Summary and basic barista certification.
