Can you grind my coffee subscription if I don’t have a grinder?
Absolutely! We use a Mahlkönig EK43 grinder to ensure your coffee is ground perfectly for your brewing method. Just send us an email with your preferred brew style, and we’ll handle the rest.

Can I order a subscription from outside Norway?
Yes, we have members worldwide! Please note that shipping from Norway can be expensive, so shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

When do you roast and ship the coffee?
We roast during the third week of each month and ship subscriptions in the last week. This schedule allows us to prioritize quality and dedicate focused attention to preparing your subscription orders.

Can I pause my subscription or resume it later?
Of course! Simply email us before the 10th of the month, and we’ll pause your subscription until you’re ready to continue.

I’m moving—can you send my coffee to a new address?
Yes, no problem! Let us know your new address before the 10th of the month, and we’ll update your shipping details.
