The Story Behind the Blend
This blend was born out of endless experimentation with origin flavor profiles and sample roasts. During a tasting session, someone at the cupping table declared, āHey, this is pretty badass!āāand the name stuck. That was five years ago, and since then, "Stay Badass" has become our mantra at the roastery. Itās our promise to create coffee that meets the highest standardsāif itās not "badass," we simply wonāt do it.
